Check Out the World's First App for Recording, Analyzing and Sharing Farts

Fartr™, for analyzing, visualizing, sharing and scoring flatulence app, was published for Android and iOS. Breaking out of a traditionally primitive pack of programs via its design, Fartr features a patent-pending algorithm for scoring and imagining flatulence. Each record creates a stunning color visualization accompanied by a full assessment of the captured audio's characteristics: Consumers get a unique Fartr Score™ -- from 0 to 100 -- as well as a supplementary text description.

"Fartr allows people to eventually see their flatulence in full color and share these one-of-kind visualizations with their buddies through social networking or text messages," said the company. "In Fartr, we believe flatulence can be beautiful and unique, and we have built an app to capture that."

By providing users a highly precise way of getting their flatulence, fartr works. Launch the app and hold anywhere on the screen to initiate recording. Next, the sound is interpreted by the app and assesses four features: pitch, duration, volume and rhythm.

The results are displayed to the app user:

- A Fart score

- A visualization that renders vivid color bars representing the pitch along with features

- A succinct text description of this flatulence keyed-off its attributes

Results are easily shared with friends via social networks via the device share panel, email, and text.

The business understands that flatulence can be painful for a few, and is donating a portion of proceeds to causes behind Crohn's and Colitis research while Fartr has been released as an amusement program.

The app is available for download now for $1.99 and offers access to all features in an ad-free experience.
